Welcome — and thank you for your interest in becoming a Cogitality Partner.

The program is designed for people, creators, educators, communities, publishers, and organizations who genuinely want to introduce their audiences to Cogitality and its books, Guided Experiences, Academy, and other eligible resources.

We want the program to be simple, transparent, and based on genuine recommendations.

By applying to or participating in the Cogitality Partner Program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they are here to make the partnership clear and straightforward for everyone.

1. Becoming a Partner

There is no fee to join the Cogitality Partner Program.

Applications are reviewed and approved by Cogitality. Approval is not automatic and may be declined at our discretion.

Partners may promote eligible Cogitality products and resources using their unique affiliate links.

You do not need to purchase Cogitality products before becoming a Partner.

2. How Affiliate Tracking Works

Affiliate referrals are tracked through Cogitality’s affiliate system.

The current attribution window is 30 days.

Cogitality uses first-referrer attribution: when a customer interacts with multiple affiliate links, the first qualifying affiliate referral receives credit for the resulting eligible purchase.

Partners may use the approved Cogitality landing pages provided through the affiliate system, including pages for the website, Starter Guide, Books & Audio, Guided Experiences, and Academy.

3. Commissions

The standard commission rate is 30%.

Higher commission levels are available as a Partner’s lifetime net attributed sales reach the applicable thresholds.

Books & Guided Experiences

• 30% — up to $1,500
• 40% — $1,500–$5,000
• 50% — over $5,000

Academy

• 30% — up to $3,000
• 40% — $3,000–$10,000
• 50% — over $10,000

These thresholds are measured separately for Books & Guided Experiences and Academy.

Commission levels apply to subsequent qualifying sales after the applicable threshold has been reached. Higher rates do not apply retroactively to earlier sales.

Cogitality may update a Partner’s commission rate manually when a qualifying threshold is reached.

4. What Counts as Net Attributed Sales

Commission calculations are based on eligible net attributed sales.

Net sales exclude, where applicable:

• taxes;
• refunds;
• chargebacks;
• cancelled or reversed transactions;
• other amounts that are not ultimately retained by Cogitality.

Discounts are reflected in the actual transaction value used for commission calculation.

5. Payments

Approved commissions are paid monthly, by the 5th of the month, after applicable refunds and chargebacks have been accounted for.

Payments may be made by PayPal or bank transfer, subject to the payment details available for the Partner Program.

Only approved referrals are eligible for payout.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for meeting any tax, invoicing, or reporting requirements that apply to them under the laws of their country.

6. How to Promote Cogitality

We encourage Partners to share Cogitality in a way that is:

Relevant. Honest. Personal.

You may:

• share your genuine perspective;
• recommend products that fit your audience;
• use your affiliate links in appropriate content;
• introduce the free Cogitality Starter Guide;
• share approved Cogitality materials and information.

You should not present yourself as speaking officially on behalf of Cogitality unless you have received specific permission to do so.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever they recommend Cogitality and may earn a commission from purchases made through their links.

A simple disclosure is enough, for example:

I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.

The disclosure should be clear and placed close to the recommendation or affiliate link.

Simply writing “affiliate link” may not be clear enough on its own.

This approach follows the general principle that material financial relationships should be clearly and conspicuously disclosed to audiences.

8. Claims and Representations

Please describe Cogitality accurately and in your own words.

Partners must not:

• make medical or therapeutic claims about Cogitality products;
• promise specific personal, financial, health, or transformational results;
• present speculation or personal interpretation as established scientific fact;
• make claims that are not supported by the information provided by Cogitality;
• deliberately misrepresent Cogitality, its products, prices, or offers.

The goal is simple:

Invite exploration. Do not promise outcomes.

9. Advertising and Promotion

Partners must not use spam, deceptive practices, fake accounts, misleading advertising, or other methods that could harm Cogitality or mislead an audience.

Do not:

• impersonate Cogitality;
• create websites or social profiles that could reasonably be mistaken for official Cogitality channels;
• use misleading domains or URLs;
• bid on Cogitality trademarks in paid search campaigns without written permission;
• use paid advertising that suggests it is an official Cogitality advertisement without permission;
• send unsolicited bulk email promoting Cogitality.

Partners are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms and advertising channels they use.

10. Use of Cogitality Materials

Partners may use official Cogitality materials made available for Partner promotion.

Please do not substantially alter logos, product images, official claims, or other branded materials in a way that could misrepresent Cogitality.

If you are unsure whether something can be used, ask us.

11. Self-Referrals and Misuse

Partners should not use their affiliate links to generate commissions from their own purchases or transactions that are primarily for their own benefit.

Cogitality may remove commissions associated with self-referrals, fraudulent activity, duplicate transactions, manipulation of tracking, or other misuse of the affiliate system.

12. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, charged-back, or otherwise reversed transactions are not eligible for final payout.

If a commission has already been paid and the underlying transaction is later reversed, Cogitality may deduct the corresponding amount from a future payout.

13. Program Changes

Cogitality may update the Partner Program, including commission structures, eligible products, tracking settings, or these Terms.

Where a change materially affects existing Partners, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change.

The current version of these Terms will always be published on the Cogitality website.

14. Ending a Partnership

Either the Partner or Cogitality may end the partnership at any time.

Cogitality may suspend or terminate a Partner account where there is evidence of fraud, misleading promotion, misuse of the brand, violation of these Terms, or conduct that could reasonably harm Cogitality or its audience.

Approved and valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to the normal verification and payout process.

15. Questions

We want the Partner Program to remain straightforward.

If you are unsure about a promotion, claim, link, campaign, or any other partner activity, please contact us before publishing it.

We would rather answer a question beforehand than have to correct something afterwards.
